    Family Background: Rekha Kumari is a homemaker, married to Ravinder, who works in a factory. They have a 15-year-old daughter, Samriddhi, and a 17-year-old son, Chaitanya. They live in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

    Initial Challenges (20 Years of Sahaja Yoga without full connection):

        Rekha practiced Sahaja Yoga for nearly 20 years, but her husband, Ravinder, was dominating, short-tempered, and an alcoholic.

        Rekha and her children had to practice puja/meditation secretly.

        Ravinder would throw Shri Mataji's photo out of the house if he saw it.

        Ravinder's daily routine involved drinking alcohol, returning home to create chaos, and speaking harshly to Rekha and the children.

        The children were constantly depressed and terrified.

        Their daughter, despite her age, developed a habit of bedwetting due to the stressful home environment, which traditional medical treatment couldn't cure.

        Rekha, being patient and virtuous, endured everything and prayed to Shri Mataji, but felt a weak connection and struggled to understand Sahaja Yoga.

        The household unrest escalated significantly after Ravinder's mother's death in 2022, leading to increased alcohol consumption and stubborn behavior from Ravinder. He was on medication for depression after his mother's death, who had an excessive attachment to him.

    Turning Point (December 2024 - Renewed Practice):

        In December 2024, Rekha resumed intense and devoted meditation with a newfound understanding of Sahaja Yoga.

        She began to cry during meditation, then felt Shri Mataji's presence, and gradually experienced thoughtless awareness.

        Despite being a simply educated woman, she started understanding Sahaja Yoga and Shri Mataji's words for the first time in 20 years.

        Her inner sorrow, worry, and sadness began to disappear, and she felt an inner strength.

    Miraculous Transformations:

        Husband's Alcoholism Stops: Within about a month of Rekha's renewed practice, Ravinder miraculously stopped drinking alcohol.

        Encounter with Negative Energy (Jan 23, 2025): Ravinder arrived home distressed, feeling as if an unseen force was trying to cause a scooter accident. Rekha calmed him, gave him self-realization with Shri Mataji's photo, performed candle treatment on his Agnya chakra, played the Devi Kavach, and asked him to meditate on Durga Ma. He slept peacefully without medication.

        Dream of Divine Protection: That night, Ravinder dreamt of a terrifying witch on his right Agnya (temple) and Shri Mataji with a bow on his left Agnya, who shot the witch with an arrow.

        Visit to Nirmal Dham (Jan 26, 2025): Ravinder visited Nirmal Dham, Dwarka, Delhi, with his family. He experienced Kundalini and Chaitanya (vibrations) during collective meditation.

        Alter Established at Home: Shri Mataji's large photo and Charan (feet) were brought home from Nirmal Dham and an altar was set up in the downstairs room. The whole family started meditating together, and Ravinder began listening to Shri Mataji's discourses all day.

        First Suicide Attempt Miraculously Failed (March 27, 2025): Ravinder drank again and was compelled by a negative force to end his life. He bought a rope, went to a forest, and tried to hang himself multiple times, but the branches would break, or the noose wouldn't form. He then noticed Shri Mataji's locket, given by Rekha, around his neck. Rekha later noticed he had been drinking and angrily took the locket off him.

        Second Suicide Attempt Miraculously Failed (March 31, 2025): Ravinder sent a message saying he was going to die in a canal near Murad Nagar and switched off his phone. Rekha and the children cried and prayed all night. Ravinder, still drunk, jumped into the canal, unable to swim. From 7 PM to 12 AM, an unseen force kept pushing him up, preventing him from drowning. Exhausted, he climbed out and slept near a garbage dump. He was found the next morning, wet and dirty. It was then discovered that Shri Mataji's photo was in his wallet.

        Recovery from Depression (April 2, 2025 onwards): Two days later, Ravinder's condition worsened, and he was admitted to AIIMS Jhajjar for neurological and depression treatment. Sahaja Yoga remedies continued. Rekha realized the problems began after her mother-in-law's death and performed shoebeat for her in-laws' पितृ दोष (ancestral spirits). Ravinder improved within a week.

        Daughter's Bedwetting Cured: Amidst all the disturbances, their daughter's bedwetting habit completely stopped.

        Son's Academic Excellence: Despite the family turmoil, their son performed exceptionally well in his 12th-grade studies.

        Complete Family Transformation: The entire family has now become Sahaja Yogis, experiencing peace, happiness, prosperity, and mutual respect. Ravinder is still on depression medication as per doctor's advice, but the family lives in joy.

कहानी :

रेखा लगभग 20 साल से सहज योग करती हैं लेकिन पति dominating ,गुस्सैल एवं शराबी थे, यहाँ तक की रेखा और बच्चों को उससे छुप कर पूजा/ध्यान करना पड़ता था। माताजी का फोटो भी ऊपर वाले फ्लोर मे एक स्टोर जैसे कमरे मे छुपा के रखा जाता था। क्यूंकी अगर रविंदर ये फोटो देख लेते थे तो फोटो को घर की बौंड़री वाल से बाहर फेंक देते थे। 

रविंदर को हर दिन शराब पीने और घर मे आकेर उलटी सीधे बात और शोर शराबा करने की आदत हो चुकी थी। बच्चे इस सब से अवसाद और आतंकित रहते थे।  कभी कभी रविंदर रेखा से बहुत ओछी बात तक कर दिया करता था। घर के इस माहोल के चलते बेटी को इतनी उम्र होने पर भी, रात मे सोते समय बिस्तर गीला कर देने की शिकायत हो गई थी । डॉक्टर से इलाज कराया बेटी का लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं मिल। बेटे की उम्र ऐसी हो रही थी की उसकी भी चिंता रहती थी। 

रेखा चरित्रवान और धीर गंभीर धैर्यवान स्त्री थी । अपने बच्चों और परिवार न बिगड़े इसलिए सब सहते रहती और श्री माताजी से प्रार्थना करते रहती, लेकिन श्री माताजी से अच्छा कनेक्ट महसूस नहीं होता था । सहज योग समझ नहीं आता था। फिर भी एक आस थी, उम्मीद थी। तो फूटसोक, फोटो को अच्छे से रखना,दिया जलाना ये सब करते रहती थी। माताजी की फोटो पे अपना दुख कहते रहती थी। घर मे अशान्ति , 2022 मे सास की मृत्यु के बाद बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ गई थी। रविंदर का ये जिद्द भर व्यवहार और शराब की लत भी तब से बढ़ गई थी। रविंदर की मा , रविंदर से बहुत ज्यादा मोह रखती थी। उसकी मृत्यु के बाद से रविंदर डिप्रेशन की दवाई पर था।  

यही सब चलता रहा, दिसम्बर 2024 मे उसने फिर से ध्यान करना शुरू किया । इस बार बहुत गहनता से और श्रद्धा से,और सहज योग को समझ के किया। अचानक पता नहीं क्या हुआ लेकिन रेखा का ध्यान बहुत अच्छा लगने लगा,पहले पहल उसे ध्यान मे बहुत रोना आया , फिर श्री माताजी की उपस्थति महसूस होने लगी। धीरे धीरे वो पूरे निर्विचारता महसूस करने लगी । वो साधारण सी पढ़ी लिखी सीधी बुद्धि की महिला थी। जीवन मे पहले बार 20 साल मे अब उसे सहज योग और श्री माताजी के शब्द समझ आने लगे थे। उसके अंदर से दुख चिंता उदासी सब खतम हो रहा था। जैसे दुख खत्म हो रहा था। और वो आंतरिक शक्ति महसूस कर प रही थी। 

इसी बीच लगभग एक महीने के अंदर चमत्कारिक रूप से उसके पति ने कहा की मैं शराब नहीं पियूँगा अब और उसकी शराब छूट भी गई। 

23 जनवरी 2025: की रात रविंदर बदहवासी मे घर पहुंचा और उसने बताया उसे बहुत घबराहट हो रही है। उसे बहुत डर लग रहा है । उसे लगा जैसे हाइवै पर उसकी दुपहिया वाहन को कोई बार बार अनियंत्रित कर दे रहा है और उसका एक्सीडेंट करने की कोशिश कर रहा है । जैसे उसकी सकूटेर का acclereator कोई बार बार बढ़ा दे रहा है। वो बहुत परेशान हो गया। रेखा ने उसे शांत किया और माताजी की फोटो रख आत्म साक्षात्कार दिया. उसके बाद मोमबत्ती जलाकर उसका candle treatment दिया । उसके माथे के आगे और पीछे , आज्ञा क्लेयर किया। उसके बाद देवी कवच भी सुनाया। उसे थोड़ी देर दुर्गा मा का ध्यान करने को कहा। और उसे सुलाया। उस रात विरेंदेर ठीक से सोया, बिना दवाई के । उसने कहा माताजी की फोटो यही रहने दो मेरे सामने। 

उस रात रविंदर ने सपना देखा की उसकी बाई आज्ञा (right कनपटी) पर एक भयानक चुड़ैल बैठी है और डरा रही है। और दाई आज्ञा (लेफ्ट कनपटी) पर श्री माताजी धनुष लेकर खड़ी हैं। और श्री माताजी ने तीर से उस चुड़ैल का अंत कर डाला है । इस सपने के बाद वो आधी रात मे उठ गया और फिर दवाई लेकर सोया। 

26 जनवरी 2025 दिन रविवार को रविंदर पूरे परिवार के साथ सहर्ष “निर्मल धाम, द्वारका, दिल्ली ” गया। उसे वहाँ सुबह के सामूहिक ध्यान मे कुंडलिनी और चैतन्य का अच्छा अनुभव हुआ। बच्चे भी बहुत खुश हुए। उसी दिन निर्मल धाम से , श्री माताजी का बड़ा सा फोटो और चरण लाए गए। घर पर नीचे वाले कमरे मे ही श्री माताजी का ऑल्टर सजाया गया। पूरा परिवार साथ मे ध्यान करने लगा। अब रविंदर सारा दिन श्री माताजी की वाणी सुनने लग गया। 

27 मार्च 2025 : उस दिन रविंदर ने फिर शराब पी । और फैक्ट्री से लौटते समय उसे जैसे किसी नकारात्मक शक्ति ने मरने के लिए प्रेरित करना शुरू कर दिया की तुझे मार जाना चाहिए । उसने हार्डवेयर की दुकान से 15 मीटर मजबूत रस्सी खरीदी और अपने घर से थोड़े दूर एक जंगल मे चल गया।  दोपहर का समय था। उसने कई बार फांसी लगाने की कोशिश की लेकिन हर बार पेड़ की टहनी टूट जाती या फिर फंदा नहीं लगता । बाद मे उसने देखा की रेखा का दिया हुआ  श्री माताजी का लाकिट उसके गले मे पड़ा  था। 

रविंदर ने घर अकेर किसी को कुछ नहीं बताया। लेकिन रेखा ने भांप लिया की आज रविंदर ने शराब पी हुई है तो उसने  गुस्से मे आकेर माताजी का लाकिट उतरवा लिया। 

31 मार्च 2025 : शाम को 7 बजे  रेखा बचों के साथ शाम के ध्यान मे बैठी थी, रविंदर अभी तक घर नहीं आया था । ध्यान के बाद रेखा ने रविंदर का किया हुआ msg देखा की मैं दिल्ली के बाहर  -मुराद नगर के पास  नहर मे मरने जा रहा हु । और फोन स्विच ऑफ हो चुका था। जेठ और जन पहचान क लोगों को भेज गया। छानबीन की गई कुछ पता नहीं चल। पूरी रात रेखा और बच्चों ने मा के सामने रो रोकर निकली। रविंदर ने आज भी शराब पी रखी थी। रविंदर ने वॉलेट फोन के साथ ही नहर मे छलांग लगा दी। उसे तैरना नहीं आता था।  शाम  7 बजे से लेकर रात 12 बजे तक  वो बार बार पानी मे नीचे जाने का प्रयास करता रहा लेकिन वो डूब नहीं रहा था कोई शक्ति उसे पानी से ऊपर को धकेलती रही। काफी समय यूं ही निकल गया। फिर थक हार कर रो कर वो नहर से निकालकर वापिस जंगल के रास्ते रोड तक पहुचने के लिए चल पड़ा। सुबह किसी कुढ़े के ढेर के  पास वैसे ही गंदे पानी मे साना हुआ सो गया। सुबह कुछ लोगों ने उसे देखा तो उससे पूछा और रेखा के नंबर पर काल किया गया की आप यहाँ अकेर इनको ले जाओ ।  फिर रविंदर को घर लाया गया और पता चला की उसके वॉलेट मे श्री माताजी का फोटो था। 

इस सब क बाद दो दिन बाद  2 अप्रैल 2025 ko रविंदर की हालत बिगड़ने लगी और उसे झज्जर एम्स मे Neuro डेप्ट मे ऐड्मिट कराया गया और डिप्रेशन का ट्रीट्मन्ट लिया। साथ मे सहज योग उपचार भी चलता रहा।। रेखा को अचानक किसी दिन ये विचार आया की जबसे उसकी सास की मृत्यु हुई है तब से ये सब शुरू हुआ है, उसने सास और रविंदर के पित्रों का नाम लेकर shoebeat किया । एक हफ्ते मे ही रविंदर की हालत मे सुधार या गया। 

अब सब ठीक है लेकिन डॉक्टर के कहने पर डिप्रेशन की दवाई चालू है। इस सब के बीच मे बेटी का बिसतेर गीला करने की बीमारी ठीक हो चुकी है और इतना disturbance होने क बावजूद बेटे ने बहुत अच्छे से 12 वी मे पास किया है। लेकिन पूरा परिवार सहज योगी बन चुका है और परिवार आनंद से रह रहा है।
